Woodpeckers Week4 Autumn 1 25

Welcome to another exciting week. This week have been starting to think about narratives. Excitingly, we will be basing these on the ideas we have learnt form our History Hackers text. The children have looked at features of a narrative and have written complex sentences, using a range of subordinate conjunctions. In maths, we have been learning to add and take away 4 digit numbers. We have also been solving word problems in maths. In RE, we learnt about Moksha for Hindus and in PSHE, we thought about why we would be the best person for jobs around school.

Next Wednesday, 8th October, we have our parental engagement seesion in the afternoon about the multiplication check.
