Woodpeckers week1 Summer 2 2026

Welcome to the the final half term of the year. We hope you all had a super break. This week the children all comleted their MTC checks. They tried their best and focused really hard during the sessions. A big well-done to everyone. In maths we have started to look at money and how to use and write decimal notation, when dealing with monatary values. In English, we started to think about adventure narratives. We started our next topic in PE this week too, working with a sports coach to learn all about cricket. In RE, we started to think about our life journeys. The children had fun thinking about what milestones they had already reached in their life and started to think about what they would like to achieve in the future.
