Woodpeckers Summer 1 week 2 2026

Another busy week at RPPA. The sunny weather has realy energised the children, who have enjoyed playing on teh field. Please could we remind children to bring sun hats, water bottles and possibly sun cream into school now. If possible, please apply suncream before school as this will then last for most of teh school day. 

In class this week, we have been continuing to learn about humour in writing. The children really enjoyed creating funny sentences about making a mummy in class. In maths, we had a great outdoor lesson learning about rounding and estimation this week. In Spanish we finished our topic on our classroom. In RE, we looked at the 10 commandments. 

Just a reminder that the Woodpecker's class assembly is on Wednesday 29th April at 9.00am. Please come to see us as we have been busy practising.
