Week 6 Woodpeckers Autumn 2

It is that time of week again and we have reached the penultimate Friday of the first half term. Today in forest school, the children created efemeral art using items in the forest school area. The designs were very creative and Mrs Sanderson and I really enjoyed looking at all of them. In English, we have been continuing to write our own Viking inspired stories. I am  looking forward to reading them once they are completed next week. In maths, we have been learning about 2D shapes, thinking about their properities and features. We all learnt about Katherine Johnson in PSHE as part of Black History month. Finally, in RE we learnt about Hindu traditions and celebrations.
