Week 4 Woodpeckers Autumn 2 2025

Hello all, as we start advent nationally, in school the festivities also begin. A reminder that our Christmas fayre is taking place on Tuesday 2nd December. The children have been busy making crafts for you to see and hopefully buy, all reasonably priced at 50p. They children have also been busy learning their parts for the class assembly on Wednesday 3rd December at 9am. We would love you all to join us if you can. In maths, the week was dedicated to fractions. The children learnt to find fractions of amounts and figured out how to calculate equivalent fractions.In RE we thought about the symbols around Christmas and thought about why these symbols exist and the meaning of them for Christians. In English, we started looking at myths, which will be our focus now until teh end of this term.
