English:
The children have been working hard to publish their own fact files. They took great care with their writing, illustrations and presentation, and they should all feel very proud of their finished pieces.

Maths:
In Maths, we have been exploring capacity and learning what full, half full, empty, nearly full and nearly empty look like through lots of practical and recorded activities. We have also continued our work on time and mass. A special well done to Orlagh who confidently ordered the events of the school day and knew exactly what came first, second and third.

Topic:
Our topic learning has focused on the five senses and how they help to keep us safe. The children enjoyed investigating each sense and finding out how important they are in our everyday lives.
