Summer 2 Week 5

In Maths this week, the children have been solving problems using the four operations. We have looked at fractions of amounts and unit and non-unit fractions. 

 
In English this week, the children have been writing their Egyptian narratives. The have drawn their main characters and written a setting description. They have decided what problem their character will face and how it is resolved. 

In RE this week, we have learnt about Holy Communion and what elements make up this part of the Christian service. 

On Thursday we got to come in red and yellow clothes to celebrate Spanish Day. The children listened to a traditional story in Spanish and designed fact files about the country.
