Summer 2 Week 3

In Maths this week, the children have been learning about money. They have been converting pounds into pence, adding money, comparing different amounts, solving money calculations and problems. 

 
In English this week, the children have been using a variety of sentence starters to make their writing more engaging. Thet have also been upleveling their sentences by using a variety of conjunctions and prepositional phrases. 

In Topic we have started our mini project on Statutes and Figurines. The children compared a variety of statues and drew their own 

In PE we have been learning about Rounders with the Sports Coach. The children also really enjoyed taking part in Sports Day on Wednesday.
