Spring 1 Week 6

The Super Sharks have had another very busy, successful week...

In English, we have worked very hard to publish our letters ready to post them to the Mayor of Whitby. We have written to inform her about plastic pollution and offer suggestions of what she might do to help reduce this problem. We have used our cursive handwriting to ensure our letters are presented as neatly as possible.

In maths, we have been learning about measures. We have learnt to measure volume using mililitres and mass using grams. We have explored reading scales with differnet divisions and applied our knowledge of counting in multiples to help us work out unlabled divisions. 

It has been a very busy half term and we have achieved lots, I am very proud of you Sharks. Have a wonderful half term break.
