Maths

In Maths this week, the children have been learning how to add, subtract, multiply and divide fractions. It has been wonderful to see them engaged in maths lessons this week and enjoying working with fractions. 

English

In English this week, the children have been learning various different grammar skills needed to write an adventure narrative. The children began the week by learning how to use descriptive writing techniques in setting descriptions. At the end of the week, the children learnt how to use dialogue to move the action in a narrative along. 

Star Of The Week-  Sebastian (Sebastian has shown a fantastic understanding of fractions and has worked hard in maths this week) 

Star Writer- Ife (Ife has been working hard to improve her cursive handwriting)
