Perfect Penguins Week 7 Aut 1

This week in Perfect Penguins, we have worked incredibly hard across our learning.

In English, we explored performance poetry. We practised reading poems aloud with expression, volume and confidence. We thought carefully about how to use our voices, actions and timing to engage an audience and bring the poems to life. It has been wonderful to see the children growing in confidence as performers.

In Maths, we have continued learning about angles. We have practised measuring angles accurately using protractors and developed our understanding of angles on a straight line and around a point. The children have shown great determination and problem-solving skills when tackling angle calculations.

We are very proud of all the hard work and effort shown by everyone this half term. Thank you for all of your support at home.
