Perfect Penguins- Summer 2 Week 6

This week, we finished writing up our Newspaper reports all about our Shakespeare performance. At the end of the week, we used our best handwriting to publish these. After publishing, Penguins took time to draw pictures and decorate their headlines.

Maths
In Maths this week, we have been recapping our learning all about area and perimeter. On Monday we added all the horizontal lengths and then the vertical lengths together to find the perimeter of a shape. On Tuesday we used the formula length times width to find the area of a shape. Finally, at the end of a week, we explored line graphs and mathematical tables, using the data to answer questions.

Other Subjects
This week, Penguins class have finished the games they were creating on their iPads. They had a lot of fun customising these and figuring out how to play them. Well done for your hard work on these Penguins!
