Perfect Penguins- Summer 2 Week 2

This week, we finished writing our letters to our future buddies and published these. At the end of the week, we found the features of a newspaper report. We learned that we would be writing a Newspaper Report to the people of Ancient Greece to tell them all about the 12 tasks of Heracles.

Maths
In Maths, we started the week learning all about time and recapping what we had learned about time in previous year groups. Later in the week, we started looking at addition and subtraction and how we can use these operations to solve word problems.  

Other Subjects
This week we have been getting lots of rehearsals in for our Shakespeare performance. On Thursday, Penguins had the amazing opportunity to perform their scene in front of the whole school in assembly. They were amazing!
