Perfect Penguins- Spring 2 Week 5

This week in English, we have continued writing our chronological reports all about the human life cycle. After we finished writing these, we drew pictures to accompany each paragraph and then published these onto lined paper.

Maths
At the start of the week, we have been looking at metric units for measure, capacity and mass. We multiplied and divided by 10, 100 and 100 to convert between these. At the end of the week, we started to look through the reasoning papers for Maths, to help with any questions we found tricky at the time.

Other Subjects
On Thursday this week, we had a very special visitor, Sue, who came to launch our work on Shakespeare project based on ‘Hamlet’. We had a lot of fun exploring some features of the story through drama techniques and learning all about the characters.
