Maths
In Maths lessons this week we have been recapping our formal written methods of column addition and column subtraction. We also finished our work from last week about place value.

English
In English this week, we began learning about Biographies. We learned that we are going to write a biography all about the fearsome warrior Lady Fu Hao. We read about her life, and then we learned what features we needed to include in a good biography.

Other Subjects
In topic this week, we have started our brand-new topic ‘Dynamic Dynasties’ where we are learning about the families that ruled over Ancient China. First, we learned about the dig at Yinxu, which included the discovery of Lady Fu Hao’s tomb. In PE this week, we have started learning all about Bollywood Dancing.
