Penguins Autumn 1 week 3

This week in Maths, we have been learning about prime numbers, factors and common factors. The children enjoyed investigating numbers and applying their reasoning skills to solve challenges.

In English, we finished our work on The Willow Pattern Story by writing our own alternative endings. The children produced some wonderfully imaginative ideas.

In History, we continued learning about the Shang Dynasty, focusing on the social hierarchy and what life was like for different groups of people. The children enjoyed discovering how society was organised and comparing it to life today.

Well done to all of Year 5 for another week of hard work and enthusiasm. Have a lovely weekend! 😊
