Maths

In Maths this week, the year 6 children have begun to look at how to convert frations, decimals and percentages. The children used the rules of: 

Decimal to percentage - multiply by 100 

Percentage to decimal - divide by 100 

Percentage to fraction - place the percentage over 100 and simplify if possible 

Fraction to decimal - divide the numerator by the denominator. 

This week the children have been given homework on this topic to see what they have remembered. Don't forget to complete this by next Thursday. 

English
