Clever Koalas - Summer 2 - Week 4

Congratulations to Hamza for being chosen to receive the Star of the Week award this week!  Hamza has been working really hard over the last two weeks when drafting and writing a letter for his future buddy! Hamza has written an excellent letter which includes a wide range of vocabulary and some of Hamza's favourite memories from his time so far at Reigate Park.

Star Writer this week is Edward, well done for your own excellent letter to your future buddy!

The Clever Koalas enjoyed a fantastic trip to Matlock Farm Park on Wednesday this week! The children listened well and Rachel our trip leader, who works at the Farm, commented on how well-mannered and well behaved the children were – well done Koalas! In the morning the children enjoyed a tour of the farm, including feeding a range of animals and stroking some too. We enjoyed our lunch in a nice cool room before refilling water bottles, reapplying sun cream and heading to the large playground under a canopy.  The children thoroughly enjoyed playing in the sand with the diggers, pullies and range of slides. The coach trip back was definitely hotter than the trip there but all of the children were amazing!
