Clever Koalas - Summer 1 - Week 1

WELCOME BACK!

We hope you all had a fantastic break over the Easter holidays and that you got to spend some quality time with your friends and family. The Summer term in the Clever Koalas is going to be a busy one, we cannot believe we have started the final term of Year 5!

Firstly, well done to Emmanuella for achieving Star Writer this week – she was selected this week for her super setting description of ‘The boy who grew a forest’, which she completed before the Easter break, well done Emmanuella.  

The Koalas started their summer term with a Greek day – thank you so much to everyone who dressed up for Tuesday and to everyone for fully immersing themselves in the day.  All of the children were very creative, they thoroughly enjoyed creating their own Greek crown and concentrated well on all the different activities throughout the day. 

We have the Wonderdome in school on Monday, which is something else we are all looking forward to.
