Cheetah Class Summer 2 Week 2

Take a look at what Cheerful Cheetahs class have been learning this week ...

In English, we have been looking at our story openers and endings for our own Supertato story. We have all worked really hard on our sentences and we have been using question and exclamation sentences too! Well done to Chizurum who completed this independently.

In maths, we’ve been learning all about fact families and the inverse operations. We also explored one more and one less and practised our number bonds. The children did a great job using what they know to solve problems in lots of different ways.

In topic, we planned a healthy sandwich and then in the middle of the week we got to make them! We had some lovely sandwiches made such as: ham, cheese, ham and cheese. We then had some other ‘interesting’ sandwiches mad such has ham and jam. This was Vlad’s idea but he seemed to really enjoy it!
