Take a look at the Brilliant Butterflies' learning this week...
This week has been 'Take One Picture' week, where we have been completing an art project. We started by looking at a picture of art work and learned that the picture might be of a Goddess from Greek Mythology. So, we decided we wanted to learn more about creatures from Greek Mythology and learned all about the Pegasus!
The first part of our art project was to draw a Pegasus and we added glitter to give them a magical sparkle! Then, we created a blue-sky background for the Pegasus to fly across. We collaged this with blue tissue paper. The final part was to create clouds to add to the sky. We used cotton wool and tissue paper to do this.
