Butterflies Summer 2 Week 6

Take a look at the Brilliant Butterflies' learning this week...

 

In Maths, we are revisiting 2D and 3D shapes. We practiced spotting different 2D and 3D shapes in the environment. We also created models with 3D shapes.

 

In Literacy, we read the story ‘There’s a Shark in the Bath’. We talked about where the sharks should be and what we would do if there was a shark in our baths. Then, we wrote sentences about what the sharks were doing.

As part of our ‘Splash!’ topic we listened to classical music inspired by water. Then, we used instruments to create music to represent different types of water.
