Butterflies Autumn 1 Week 6

 

 

In Maths, we focused on the number 4! We explored how 4 is made using four 1s. Then, we practiced subitising amounts up to 4, looking at different patterns that show 4.

 

 

In Literacy, we look at the story In Every House on Every Street! We talked about our homes and the rooms we have. We learned about different types of houses and went on a walk to find these. We also learned about our local area, including the emergency services and places of worship.

 

 

We have had lots of fun in provision this week. In the creative area, we used junk modelling resources to create our houses! In the block play area, we used the blocks to create different buildings from our local area.
