Maths
In Maths, we are practicing subitising and becoming more confident with this! We were introduced to rekenrek and how to use these to help with our Maths learning.
Literacy and Topic
This week we started a new topic: Big Wide World! We explored the world through photos, books and videos. We talked about places we would like to visit and drew pictures of ourselves in different places around the world.
In Literacy, we read the story ‘Penguin on Holiday’. We talked about Penguins’ holiday and the different activities he did. Then, we pretended to be Penguin and wrote a postcard about his adventures!
