Maths

In Maths, we have been comparing quantities. Using the language ‘more’ and ‘greater’ or ‘less’ and ‘fewer’, we compared the amounts of two groups. We used beanbags, groups of children and cubes to help us.

Literacy

In Literacy, we read the story ‘The Koala Who Could’. We talked about how Kevin was brave in the story and thought about times where we had to be brave too. Then, we had a go at writing sentences to explain the times we were brave. 

Topic

In Topic, we learned about the different animal groups: reptiles, mammals and birds. We used animal pictures to sort them into these three animal groups.
