Bears Autumn 1, Week 5

In Maths, we focused on our counting skills. We practiced counting different amounts and learned different strategies to help us with counting, including lining objects up and touch counting. We also learned about the composition of numbers 2 and 3. We talked about 1 and another 1 is 2, and 1 and 1 and 1 is 3. We used different objects to show this.

In Literacy, we look at the story All Kinds of Families! We talked about who is in our family and discussed how all families are different. We discussed our favourite family activities and how members of our family help us.
