Maths

This week, in school, the children have continued to revisit different topics which the children have requested for SATs practise. The children have worked hard this week to also improve their arithmetic fluency. Keep working hard Year 6, SATs are nearly here! 

English

This week, the children have started their narrative writing. The week, the children have looked at how to add detail into their narrative by using a range of figurative language techniques. The children have also written their own alternative endings to our text. 

International Workers Day

This week, in school, we have celebrated International Workers Day. It has been wonderful to see the children dressed up as their future careers and excited about their future possibilities.
