Take a look at the Awesome Alligators' learning this week...

The Alligators have had a fantastic start to this half term. It has been wonderful to see the children again after the Easter break. 

Maths

This week, in school, the children have been re-visiting different topics which the children have requested for SATs practise. 

English

This week, the children have started a new unit around narrative writing. We have been looking at the text 'Rose Blanche', which tells the story of young German girl in WW2. 

Topic trip

This week the children went to the Imperial War Museum in Manchester - this has started our new topic "Britain at War" perfectly.  The children enjoyed looking at lots of artefacts from different wars, as well as experiencing lots of interactive sources provided.
