Maths

In Maths this week, the year 6 children have been working super hard on their understanding of factors, multiples and primes. The children have learnt how to identify common factors, common multiples and prime numbers and have used this knowledge within reasoning and problem solving questions. 

English

In English this week, the children have started a unit about letter writitng. The children began their learning by looking at the different grammatical features and vocabulary used in letter writing. 

Global Schools Day- This week in school we have celebrated global schools day. It has been lovely to see the children dressed in their traditional clothing and celebrating the different cultures that make up our school.
