Autumn 2005 Week 3

In Maths this week, we have been adding two 4-digit numbers using the column methods. We have been working on our times tables using Timetables Rockstars.

This week in English, the children have been planning and starting to write their non-chronological report. We have been working on our introductions, how to look after their animal and what it looks like

We have been reading History Hackers – Roman Rescue for Whole Class Reading. It has been fun to find out what is going to happen to Tilda and Charlie.

In Topic, we have looked at how Anglo-Saxons established religion after they invaded. We learnt about how monasteries became an important place during their time.

In PE, we have been continuing our gymnastics. This week we practiced our jumps off apparatus.
