Autumn 2, Week 6

Take a look at what Talented T-Rex class have been learning this week…

This week in English, we have been writing our ‘Super Duper Me!’ stories. We have taken care to use our best handwriting, full stops, finger spaces and capital letters. We have written about our families and the things they are good at. We also wrote about our hobbies and holidays we have liked and disliked, using sentence starters like ‘I adore…’ or ‘I loathe…’. 

In Science, we really enjoyed learning about the five senses. We carried out an investigation, using our five senses to guess what different items were. For example, we used our sense of smell to identify coffee and we used our sense of touch to identify sand.

We have worked hard practising our Nativity this week, perfecting our singing and signing. We are very excited to perform to everyone next week!
