In English this week, the children have worked super hard writing their non-chronological reports about the Stone Age. The children have chosen three topics to write about and included a fun fact box.

Maths

In Maths. Year 3 have been learning about measurement. At the start of the week the children learned about length. We have looked at different units of measurement, comparing and adding and subtracting lengths.

Thank you for helping your child complete their weekly home learning tasks. Just a reminder that home learning is given out (on paper) every Thursday and must be brought back to school before the following Thursday.  Please support your child with reading at least 3 times a week. Please record all weekly reading in your child’s reading diary.
