Alligators week 5 Aut 1

This week has been another full and busy week in our Year 6 classroom.

The children were fabulous in our class assembly on Wednesday - they took great pride in showing off their topic learning and setting descriptions to the rest of the school and their grown ups.

In Maths this week we have been learning about area, perimieter and volume.  The children have been mastering the technique of learning and applying formulas for each concept.

In our Reading and English lessons we have continued to use 'Windrush Child' to base our work around.  The children are using skills and applying them to letter writing.
