Alligators Summer 1 Week 1

This week in Year 6 has been a busy and exciting start to the term. We’ve jumped straight into lots of revision, especially in the mornings, brushing up on our maths, reading, and grammar skills. Everyone has been working really hard and showing great focus as we prepare for the weeks ahead.

In the afternoons, we’ve been learning about our new topic: Britain at War. We’ve already started exploring what life was like during wartime and discussing how it affected people. The class has been really interested and asked some thoughtful questions,  it’s been great to see everyone so engaged.

Overall, it’s been a fantastic first week back. The class has settled in quickly, worked hard, and shown a positive attitude towards both their revision and our new topic. Well done Awesome Alligators!
