Spring 2 - Week 4

Another week has flown by in the Dolphins class!

A big well done to Alisa for achieving Star of the Week this week, she worked really hard on her comedy showcase for Red Nose Day and has been well focused during her writing sessions - really trying her best!

Star Writer goes to Jorjaia this week, super effort with your handwriting!!

This week started with lots of assessments as we near the end of our Spring term. The children have worked extremely hard to do their best in Spelling, Reading, Maths and Times Tables assessments, well done everyone!

In Topic we have carried on with our art project - the children have learnt all about L.S. Lowry and created their own landscapes.

In Maths we have been exploring weight and mass - the Dolphins weighed a variety of objects around the classroom, discussing which was the heaviest and lightest that they found. 

Another big WELL DONE to everyone for trying their best in our assessments this week!!!
