Spring 1 Week 1

We have had a busy first week back in the Starfish class.

In English, we started our new book 'Sally and the Limpet'. We had lot's of fun creating a story map and having the chance to act the story out in small groups. Maryam was a super star at narrating the whole story.  

In topic this week, we started our new topic called 'Coastlines'. On Tuesday we had a topic afternoon, learning all about Coastlines. We had a role play corner, RNLI station, lighthouse making and a information centre about Whitby. 

In PE this half term we have the coach. We learnt about how to control a ball and played a game where we had to roll the ball into a hoop. Maya, Joseph and Evie concentrated really well!
