Autumn 2 - Week 5

Congraulations to Jago for achieving Star Of The Week this week, he made a tremendous effort with his assessments and applied lots of his learning, well done!!  Also, well done to Alisa for Star Writer!

We have all been enjoying the classroom Christmas decorations this week, also we are having a daily wheel spin to select who gets to open the advent calendar every day. 

In maths this week the Dolphins have been learning how to tell the time, this has been very tricky but we are all getting there!

In English we have started a new topic, we are going to be writing our own Skeleton Fact Files for Dr Binocs. To start this topic on Monday we created our own paper skeletons. Eli, Reuben, Lexi, Naelle, Freya, Nelly, Kyle, Alex, Ellie-Mai, Alisa and Afolarin all helped Mrs Miller make a large class skeleton, see the photo below.

This week we have also been starting to practise our class assembly ready for next Wednesday (15th) at 9am we do hope lots of people are able to come and enjoy our class assembly.
