Junior Leadership Team

Our Junior Leadership Team are democratically elected each September by their peers.  Our prospective candidates create their own manifestos to deliver to their class after which voting takes place.

Our JLT work together to generate fund raising ideas and look at ways of improving our school, this may be improving playtimes/lunchtimes.  This last year, our JLT looked at improving the school environment, they conducted a learning walk and decided that classroom environments could be improved by redesigning their book areas. They presented their ideas and worked with the Senior Leadership Team to bring about change.
