Why Have School Trips?
School trips are an important part of your child's education which provide a wealth of experiences and opportunties to support their learning. During these visits they will have the opportunity to undergo experiences not available in the classroom, they also help to develop a pupil’s investigative skills and encourage greater independence. They provide pupils with greater knowledge and awareness of the world around them and encourages personal and social development.
For each school trip we ask parents and carers to sign a permission form that allows their child to take part in educational activities outside of the school area.
All school trip letters will be sent out by the class teacher at least three weeks in advance of the trip. All school trip payments should be paid through parent pay.
